Travel Beautifully

Summer is the height of travel season. There are opportunities to go to the beach, check things off your bucket list, or just get out of town. With TSA regulations we are trying to pack the most into the smallest bags possible. When it comes to toiletries, there are so many of your favorites in travel ready sizes or products that make travel beauty easier.

Cosmetics are easy since they are already compact, but shampoo and hair products are often not in a friendly three or less ounce container. No matter where you go the water is going to be different and you might not love how it reacts. Oribe Gold Lust Shampoo & Conditioner ($17) are available for transport to help repair and restore hair. Kerastase is the master of keeping locks soft and shiny. No need to miss out on that because Chroma Captive ($21), a shine intensifying hair mask is available in a smaller size. Detangle hair with Tangle Teezer has a Compact Styler ($24) in a stylish Lulu Guinness design to keep tangles at bay. Post shower, you are going to need to add the appropriate styling aides. The sun is the worst offender for damage, but Fekkai Soleil ($8) is a spray that will help to filter sun’s damaging rays. R+Co has all their powerful styling agents in compact sizes such as Dallas ($12), a thickening spray, or Mannequin ($16), a styling paste. Then its time to style away, but everyone knows that the hotel blow dryer has the power of a candle heating a dining hall. T3 understands the pain, so they have the Featherweight Compact ($150) a small, but might hair dryer to help you achieve desired results. Keep them in place with Keratherapy Perfect Hold Hairspray ($6). Now that you have worked so hard on your wig, maintain it with dry shampoo. Moroccanoil’s newest addition, Dry Shampoo ($11), comes in different shades and sizes. Also Alterna’s Bamboo Style Cleanse Extend ($12), is perfect for all hair colors and has a nice tropical, mango scent.
