Riding the Wave

When I sat down to initially start this post my ideas sounded vaguely familiar. That is because they were, and I had started a similar post the same way. So trying to avoid my own personal copyright infringement, I decided to switch it up and just tell the anecdote about said potential start.

Well, if you know anything about me, I love my wavy hair and am always trying to enhance it. I am not exactly sure how I came across it, but I have had Matrix Rough Me Up Salt Infused Spray ($18) on my shelf for a while. I have been using it in rotation with all my other hair products and every time I use it I am extremely happy. There is no excuse as to why it was not my every day go to. Like with most beach wave products or salt sprays, it is best to start with hair that is already a little wavy. The spray can be used on both damp or dry hair. The less moisture, the tighter the wave. Once you generously spray over hair and scrunch waves come alive. It helps to create piecey waves and adds incredible texture. Since my hair has many different blonde tones, the spray helps to differentiate the colors. There are some products that leave my hair with a one dimensional tone. Paired with a light hairspray, your waves will last all night. Hair maintains its softness; it does not feel like it dries out your hair.

Men can also use the product in their styling routine as well. After showering, add it to damp hair to fine hair to add more weight to short strands that can be easily styled. Then said style lasts much longer. It is used in a different capacity for the fellas, but helps to create a great look.

The bottle is almost 7 ounces, so it will last a long time. Heed my caution, and use it daily. You will be happy about your hair constantly.
