I have my brands that I am a loyal customer to, but that does not mean I don't step outside my comfort zone. I mean what is the harm of trying something new. My life philosophy is "You never know, if you don't try.
Every time I am on mini vacay, specifically in quaint Americana town, I always find myself in specialty, artisanal bath shops*. I never actually buy anything, but find myself intoxicated by the wonderful potions and scents when I step foot into these stores. That is why when I came home to find a box from Soaptopia, I was instantly teleported to the steps of the American Revolution and celebrating what makes America special. Soaptopia is a all natural, eco-friendly artisanal line of bath products. Online they sell everything from soaps (obvi), to salt soaks, to shaving potions and everything in between. It is also the best one-stop shop for all your gifting needs.
I am currently obsessed with oils. I use them as a behavior management tool in my classroom. Ever need to calm down a class? Use a little lavender oil and snap, angelic children. I love my diffuser to help spread a mixture of scents throughout my apartment. And finally, I create my own signature scents by mixing different oils. The body oils come in two sizes and are great for post shower moisturizing. Then, after a long day at work you are going to need a lot of bubbles, which is why you are going to want Alotta Bubbles ($18). However, a little goes a long way, as the bubble foam up, they gently clean up too.
Finally, the soap at Soaptopia is somewhat important. It is its namesake. There are a wonderful plethora of options from liquid to bar soaps. There are a variety of options depending on your mood, likes and needs. It may be hard to choose the one you like best. If you just can't choose there are many boxed options with a few soaps. For example, the Five Soap Bubble Box ($32) is self explanatory, but has 5 awesome soaps to try out. You get to choose from six options, what scents you want to try out.
*Why does said Americana towns always have said specialty, artisanal bath shops? And why do they all appear to be the same, but are not a chain?
