Pixi Up Some Retinol

So if you know anything about me, most weekends I spend some time at Target. Yes, even in New York City. That is probably why it has been almost two months since my last post. Despite my silence here, I have been testing out the new addition to the Pixi brand. Recently, they have added a Retinol skincare line to complement their amazing, extensive makeup options. They can be found easily at Target and online.

Packaged in purple, I knew we had a winner. Retinol is an essential topical vitamin A that helps to fight signs of aging by helping to increase the production of collagen. The line is extensive and can fit your entire skincare routine. Starting with the Retinol Jasmine Cleanser ($18), which is best for normal and dry skin, the gentle cleanser goes a long way to remove impurities on the daily for radiant-looking skin. Then the Retinol Tonic ($15) has a unique time-released feature to helps skin maintain its glow for the entire day. Brighten those eyes with the Retinol Eye Cream ($22) to improve elasticity and minimize fine lines. At night, for a rich, nourishing experience the Overnight Retinol Oil ($24), which can replace your serum. As it is used, you will gradually see pores shrink as they soak up the benefits and help to smooth and refine lines. Finally for the evening routine is the Retinol Jasmine Lotion ($24). With all the same ingredients, your night's sleep will work overtime as the retinol smooths and refines, the peptides firm and revitalize, and the jasmine oil nourish and brighten.

Starting tonight, turn back time with a good night sleep and a healthy dose of retinol.
